3 months later and still celebrating...

So three months to-the-day after my birthday was the CARRIE UNDERWOOD concert. Ryan got me the tickets for my birthday. I would be lying if I said it wasn't hard to wait so long to enjoy my present! But WOW was the wait ever worth it. Now my husband does take me out- but this was different. We stayed gone longer than usual for starters, and we have never been to a concert together, so something new when we have been married for 91/2 years- that is exciting! It totally didn't hurt that she was AWESOME!! Ryan scored SWEET tickets and for a little while I forgot that I had four kids!

It was just Ryan and I- being carefree and enjoying each other. We ordered and appetizer at dinner- we haven't done that in FOREVER! I had and excuse to wear my sexy 4-inch high-heels- what more could a girl want? We sang along to the songs and got to hold hands and snuggle, without getting interrupted to wipe a nose, sooth a cry or solve a problem! The entire night was a complete BLAST. CARRIE gave a great concert- Little Big Town opened for her and they were a lot of fun too! Thank you babe-a-lish-delish, for a wonderful night and for still making me feel special everyday! I LOVE YOU!
