Painting/Carving Pumpkin(s) and the Goodyear Halloween Party.

The kids painted these pumpkins early in October and we got to enjoy them on our entertainment center. The kids loved looking at them everyday. And just incase anyone was wondering we did not have the kids paint on top of the Ensign, it is Ryan's Alumni magazine that comes once in a blue moon.

The Goodyear Halloween Party was a fun thing to do on Saturday. They had rides and mazes- but you had to buy tickets for them- which we did not do. The lines were crazy long for the rides. All in all I don't know if I would go again- too many gory costumes and not enough free activities. We did get to watch "The Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown" while sitting in the stadium that was pretty fun.

We carved our pumpkin Halloween night. If you do it much earlier than that here you end up with a rotting pumpkin to greet your trick-or-treaters. We opted to carve only one pumpkin and have it be a joint family effort. Since Halloween was on Sunday this year, we did not take them out trick-or-treating. We did pass out candy at our door, we only had about 7 people come.
